Leadership MBA Program Eligibility Requirements

  • A minimum of two years full-time work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from an institution of higher learning accredited in the United States, with a cumulative grade point of 2.5 or better.
  • Applicants must also submit a 750-word essay that reflects a synthesis of a critical introspective analysis of one's self, and a resume.
  • Completing the GMAT is not required.
