Our location on Sebago Lake
Saint Joseph's College overlooks Sebago Lake, Maine's second-largest lake and one of its most beautiful areas.
The campus is easily navigated on foot. Most of the buildings are centered around the main quad and a five-minute walk will take you anywhere you need to be. Lovely, wooded trails throughout the 350-acre campus are a wonderful place to stroll or just take a break.
A short walk takes you to our own private beach, which opens on a panoramic view of the lake with the White Mountains in the distance.
Maine is Vacationland
A favorite vacation spot, Maine has an abundance of clean lakes and rivers, beautiful hiking trails and quaint New England towns. People from all over the world have discovered Maine's beautiful rocky coast and ocean beaches. Popular activities include boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, sunbathing and golfing.
Portland, Maine's business capital and largest city, is just 18 miles from the Saint Joseph's College campus. Here you'll find shopping, art galleries, beaches, lighthouses, professional sports teams, a wide variety of musical and stage venues, and, of course, unforgettable seafood right off the fishing boats.
