This day-long program is ideal for Certified Public Accountants and all financial professionals who need continuing education to meet licensing requirements as well as other professionals that are concerned with the seemingly increasing rate of fraud in the professional arena. Meet your professional licensure requirements as you join other business professionals for this important and relevant program led by a nationally recognized expert in fraud and corporate strategy improvement. May 24th Presenter: Gary D. Zeune, CPA

Mr. Zeune has been providing 35 years of experience in auditing, corporate finance, and investment banking for CPAs, attorneys and executives, with a hands-on experience in fraud and corporate strategy performance improvement. He is a member of the Education Executive Council, the American Institute of CPAs, and the Regulation of Public Offerings Committee of Ohio Division of Securities. Before forming his own consulting practice in 1986, Mr. Zeune was an Assistant Vice President of Corporate Finance at The Ohio Company, an investment banking firm. He has spent more than five years in Treasury and Finance at Wendy's International. He earned his bachelors in mathematics and masters in accounting, with honors. Mr. Zeune has published more than 40 professional articles and is the author of The CEOs Complete Guide to Committing Fraud. He has the only speaker's bureau in the country specializing in white-collar criminals - The Pros & The Cons.
